Beyond the usual expected after sales emails, I have not been asked to leave this review.
My original order and delivery was all a standard process. However I have never encountered such excellent after sales customer service. It has been well above and beyond any other company I have ever encountered.
I self sourced this order from the internet, but made a mistake in ordering a similar but wrong item. I rang to request details of how to return it at my own expense for a refund, as it was entirely my own fault.
However, instead of simply giving me the return details I asked for, the gentleman I spoke to immediately offered to send me a free of charge adapter of the same standard as my original order.
The adapter arrived just as quickly and well packaged as the original item I had paid for. From a customers perspective, this is quite simply the most outstanding, and unexpected, after sales service I have ever encountered from buying a large, expensive, new item or a small, secondhand one, from a mammoth international conglomerate or an individual on eBay or Etsy.
Thank you Cables4all for employing such an outstanding asset to your business (I wish I could remember his name). Based on this experience I would recommend anyone wanting any product that you sell to buy it from you preferentially above other sellers for a hassle free standard purchase and delivery backed up by a uniquely excellent after sales service.
