Returns & Refunds Policy
At Cables4all, we want you to shop with confidence. If you need to return an item, our returns and refunds process is straightforward and designed to comply with UK consumer regulations.
Faulty Products
If you believe you have received a faulty item, please contact us before returning the product via our webform or by telephone on 01726 67478.
Our team will:
- Discuss the issue with you to confirm the fault
- Issue a Returns Number where required
- Arrange a replacement, repair or refund where applicable
Please do not return faulty items without contacting us first.
30 Day Change of Mind Returns
Under UK consumer regulations, you may return unwanted items within 14 days of receiving your order for a refund. At Cables 4 ALL we have extended that until 30 days - Please note your return MUST be returned during that 30 day period.
To qualify for a refund:
- Items must be returned in unused, as sold condition
- Products should be complete and in original packaging where possible
- Returns must be requested and returned within the 30 day cooling-off period
Non-Returnable Items
The following products can only be returned if faulty or unopened:
- Blank DVDs, CDs & Blu-Ray Discs
- USB Flash Drives / Memory Storage Devices
Damaged or Incomplete Returns
If returned unwanted items are received damaged, incomplete, or in a condition unsuitable for resale, we reserve the right to deduct a restocking fee from the refund amount.
Return Postage
- Customers are responsible for return postage costs on unwanted items
- Return postage instructions for faulty goods will be provided during the returns process
We strongly recommend using a tracked postal service when returning goods.
12 Month Product Warranty
Most products supplied by Cables4all include a 12 Month Warranty unless otherwise stated.
If your product develops a fault during this period, we will offer:
- Replacement
- Repair where applicable
- Alternative suitable resolution
