RETURNS

We will accept returns of our items if they are found to be faulty within 14 days of receipt from buyer, If an item is deemed to be faulty then please contact us first via the webform or by Telephone (0172667478). Before sending the item back we will need to clarify the type of fault and this will in turn generate a Returns number. Once we have clarified that the item is faulty a replacement or refund will be offered.

If you are not satisfied with your purchase you have the right to send the items back for a refund.  However We will only accept returns of items sold in retail packaging only if the packaging is un-opened or if the items are deemed to be faulty/defective. 

If the items returned are opened and not deemed to be faulty then we have the right to charge a re-stocking fee.

If your product develops a fault within the 12 Months Warranty period we will honour the Warranty and offer a replacement or repair the item where applicable

POSTAGE/DELIVERY

Royal Mail First Class/Recorded Delivery  Despatched the next working day after the order has been received

Royal Mail (next day)  Special delivery   1-2 working days from time of order.  * please note that if an order is placed before 12am then it may be  despatched the same day (if not next working day despatch)

International Signed For  All orders outside of the UK will be despatched using this method only

Courier Delivery (48 Hours) (UK)   Despatched within 24 hours (weekdays) once we receive your order via this method a booking will be made with  the courier service to pick up the parcel, please allow another 24-48 hours for delivery. Tracking number will be e-mailed to customers once the item has been despatched.

Courier Saturday delivery (UK)  If order is received before  12pm on friday then a saturday delivery can be arranged.

All our Prices displayed on our website are VAT inclusive,  We do NOT have any hidden charges the price you see Displayed on our Website is the price you pay + Delivery Charge. A VAT Breakdown is Displayed at the Checkout.

 During the payment process customers will be re-directed to the SagePay, Paypal, google Checkout or Nochex site to complete the transaction no payment details are handled by us.
