We will accept returns of our items if they are found to be faulty, If an item is deemed to be faulty then please contact us first via the webform or by Telephone (0172667478). Before sending the item back we will need to clarify the type of fault and this will in turn generate a Returns number. Once we have clarified that the item is faulty a replacement or refund will be offered.
If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason you have the right to send the items back for a refund. We adhere to the EU’s Consumer Rights Directive and all Customers are entitled to a 14 day cooling off period which allows items to be returned in as sold condition within 14 days of purchase.
If the items returned as unwanted are found to be damaged upon receipt then we have the right to charge a re-stocking fee.
Customer / buyer is responsible for postage costs for unwanted products, We recommend using second class post for returning both unwanted and faulty goods.
If your product develops a fault within the 12 Months Warranty period we will honour the Warranty and offer a replacement or repair the item where applicable.
