DVI-I to 2 x VGA Splitter / Converter

it is possible to connect two (or a combination of) monitors, LCD and Plasma TV`s with a VGA Connection simultaneously to a DVI-I connection.
Both monitors, LCD and/or Plasma TV will show same image.
The monitors, LCD and/or Plasma should be able to display in same resolutions.
